Wash gently with warm, soapy water after each use. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher. Towel-dry after washing and allow to dry thoroughly. Condition board regularly with mineral oil or a wood conditioner.

Already cracked
I treated the board with mineral oil upon receipt, used it once for a cheese platter, washed once. It's already cracked. Poor craftsmanship, not worth money.
