Margrethe Nested Mixing Bowls With Lids

I actually bought this set for my daughter; and in the same purchase I bought my other daughter the tan set. For me, I bought the larger bowl set because I have owned the regular set for a few years now. I love them so much, I bought these others. I like the way they are more slender and deep than some other bowls. I like the great quality melamie (if that is indeed used?) They’re so smooth and always cleanup quickly. The lids are not watertight, though, but they work. And it’s a nice bowl to bring to a picnic. There. I’ve said enough! Great bowls. (Get them on sale. Not cheap. )

Earlier I purchased the small set of Margrethe Nesting Bowls and have found them to be the go to set for that size in my cooking. So when I decided to replace my heavier mixing bowls with the lighter Margrethe set, I ordered the larger set. Both sets are useful, with their light weight, pour spouts and slight handles, and snap on lids. My one caveat is that the largest bowl in the small set is the same size as the smallest bowl in the large set, which means they don’t stack well as a group. Oh, well.

My issue is with the service and website. The bowls are lovely.
