Peanut butter chocolate balls

Peanut butter chocolate balls are a real treat for a sweet tooth! They don’t need to be baked and can be made very quickly. This dessert has only one disadvantage – it disappears from the table in no time. I suggest that you also learn how to make peanut butter balls.

  • CHOCOLATE GLAZE

Using a small spoon, take the dough and roll balls between the palms of your hands. Place them on baking paper and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, melt the wax in a steamer, then add the butter and chocolate. Stir until all ingredients have dissolved and become a smooth and silky mass.

Dip the cold balls into the chocolate solution with a toothpick, then place them on baking paper or a rack to squeeze out the chocolate glaze. I dipped them in chocolate with a toothpick and placed them on a piece of Styrofoam to dry.

If you don’t like chocolate or just don’t want to mess around with it, you have the easier option of rolling the balls in powdered sugar, coconut, chopped peanuts or whatever else you have on hand.
