Ingredients:
150g cream cheese
1 cup ready-made tomato sauce
Black pepper (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
4 potatoes, boiled and cut into 4 parts each
2 cups of grated ham
2 cups of grated mozzarella
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
Preparation Method
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, tomato sauce, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well until fully incorporated.
In a baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows: spread part of the sauce mixture on the bottom, add the boiled potatoes, then the grated ham, followed by the grated mozzarella. Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the top, and finally, sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
