The best Peach pie

You can create a fruity dessert with this simple recipe. The juicy peach cake is a hit at birthday parties.

Ingredients :

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 pk baking powder
  • 1 tsp lemons, grated zest
  • 1 can peach, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation :

Remove the peach pieces from the can and drain in a sieve. The cake tastes even fruitier with a slightly sour note if you use fresh peaches.

Then beat the butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and the eggs for 5 minutes until fluffy. Then mix the flour, baking powder and grated lemon zest and fold into the egg mixture.


Now grease a springform pan, pour in the batter and spread it evenly. Arrange the peach pieces on top.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
