Quick Crispy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
cooking oil
Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). ).
2 Pound chicken until 1/2 inch thick.
3.Prepare breading station: flour, eggs, breadcrumb mixture.
4 Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.
5 Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan and fry the chicken on both sides.6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
6 Allow to rest briefly before serving.
