5 pounds turkey wings
3 tsp garlic
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1/3 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons of oil
Pinch of crushed pink pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Pat the turkey wings with a paper towel, wringing out any excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, paprika, oregano, and cumin granules.
In a separate bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and ground purple pepper.
Season the turkey wings with the honey, soy and spice mixture, oil, salt, and pepper.
Put it in the fridge overnight.
Let the turkey wings reach room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover turkey wings and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until fully cooked through and cooked through. Detection last 30 minutes.
