Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 cups chicken broth

  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
