Ingredients :


2 cups (300 g) Benton chocolate sandwich biscuit crumbs

4 tablespoons (70 g) salted country cream butter, melted

Chocolate chip filling


25 oz. (677g) Happy Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup (105 g) Bakers Corner sugar
1/2 cup (95 g) Bakers Corner Light Brown Sugar

3 tablespoons (20 g) All-Purpose Baker Corner Flour
1 cup (250 g) farm-friendly sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

4 golden eggs, room temperature
1 cup (172 g) Baker’s Corner semi-sweet chocolate chips
caramel sauce

4 tablespoons (59 grams) salted country cream butter
2/3 cup (180 g) light brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup (170 ml) heavy country cream whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 teaspoons Corn Syrup Bakers Corner

directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 345°F (183°C). Line an 8-inch (23 cm) tray with parchment paper on the backside and grease the sides.
  2. Mix crust ingredients in a small bowl. Press the fixture into the backside and up the sides of the spring bowl.
