A minimum of produce and a maximum of fun! Tender, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits that leave no one indifferent! They are sprinkled with icing sugar before serving so they look like snowballs.
“Snowball” biscuits can be made even with children, the process is very simple and does not require any special culinary skills.
It is not even necessary to roll out the dough into a layer. I definitely recommend to try and remember the taste familiar from childhood.
Cooking time: 30 min

- Margarine – 90gm

Prepare all the ingredients.
In a bowl, place room temperature margarine, cut into cubes,
Add sugar and salt.
Knead the ingredients with a fork or whisk with a mixer.
Add flour, semolina and baking soda.
Knead together a soft dough.
Pinch off a piece of dough, roll it in a ball about the size of a walnut and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment. Shape the whole biscuit in this way. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
The snow biscuits are ready. Sprinkle the biscuits with icing sugar and serve.
