The peanut butter snowballs are extremely delicious and take just 15 minutes to prepare.
What you need:
1 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups icing sugar
¼ cup melted butter
2/3 pack of wholemeal biscuits
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 cups melted white chocolate
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp coconut oil
Some sprinkles for garnish
In a large bowl, combine butter, i
whole wheat biscuits,
salt and maple syrup.
Use a hand mixer to get a smooth batter.
Place a cooling rack on a large baking tray.
Use a small biscuit cutter to make small balls from the mixture.
Place the balls on the baking tray.
In another bowl, mix the white chocolate with the coconut oil.
Dip the balls in the chocolate and place them on the cake rack.
Sprinkle with some sprinkles and place in the fridge. Leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes and your dessert is ready!
