Corn salad with bacon and honey

This colourful and aromatic salad with flowers not only provides a welcome visual change. Try it out right away!
Corn only tastes so sweet and tender when fresh from the cob! Do not add salt to the cooking water, otherwise the kernels will remain hard.

Ingredients :
- 1 head of lettuce (or lettuce mix of your choice)
- 1 handful cress
- Flowers (mixed)
- Croutons (to taste)
- For the marinade:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (white)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 onion (red, small)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation :
First wash the lettuce and spin well. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade well.
Lightly marinate the lettuce, garnish with cress, flowers and croutons and serve the flower salad immediately.
