Thin-Crust Pizza Dough


1 teaspoon lively dry yeast

¼ teaspoon white sugar

¾ cup lukewarm water

2 cups all-purpose flour, divided


½ teaspoon salt


Step 1

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a bowl. Let stand till yeast varieties a creamy foam, 5 to eight minutes.


Step 2

Mix 1 3/4 cup flour and salt in a giant bowl. Pour in yeast mixture; combineproperlytill dough comes together.

Step 3

Transfer dough to a floured floor and knead until smooth, includingfinal 1/4 cup flour if dough is too sticky, about two minutes. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a greased pizza pan.
