Very tasty biscuits with a minimum of carbohydrates
No-bake biscuits that are amazingly delicious!
Forget the guilt and enjoy!
Suitable for the keto diet.
Keto biscuits with peanut butter
- 360g sugar-free peanut butter (read the oil’s composition)
- 120g coconut flour
- 50 gr. stevia
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 100g dark chocolate 99% or chocolate keto chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Mix the peanut butter, coconut flour, stevia, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. (For the freezer) Form the biscuits into balls.
Lightly press and place on baking tray. Freeze until the biscuits are firm, about 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, whisk (mix) the melted chocolate and coconut oil.
Dip each biscuit into the chocolate mixture and return to the baking tray.
Freeze until the chocolate has set, about 10 minutes.
Serve cold. Store in the freezer.
