Cheese and garlic pancakes are easy to make and very tasty both warm and cold. Sweet pancakes combined with salty cheese and garlic have an unusual and interesting taste. If you don’t like garlic, you can do without it.
For this pancake recipe you will need:
- flour – 180g
- egg – 1 pc.
- sugar – 3 tbsp.
- milk – 250 ml
- salt – to taste
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- cheese – 165g
- garlic – 1 clove.
Recipe for making pancakes:
In a bowl beat egg with sugar. It must obtain thick foam. Add the milk and mix with the egg.
Add flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix the mixture until there are no lumps.
Fry the pancakes in a pan.
Grate the cheese and stir in the garlic.
Place the cheese on the edge of each pancake and wrap the pancake in a tube.
Fry the resulting rolls in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side. Try the pancakes with cheese and garlic.
