Pinto Beans,Ham Hocks Cornbread And Pickled Onions

Ingredients

2 lbs Ham Hocks
1 lb Pinto Beans
3 cloves Garlic


1 32 ounce hen broth (less Sodium)
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion minced
1 stalk celery minced
1/2 Green bell pepper minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley and thyme
dice vegetable bouillon

Directions

Wash ham hocks add to inventory pot with eight cups water boil for two hours .After two hours smooth your beans wash add to the inventory pot with the 32 ounce hen broth minced garlic and all the relaxation of seasonings above

Cook for any othertwo and a half of hours or till peas cook dinnersmooth and buttery

Note: i cooked mines on the rangepinnacle for four and a half of hours the meat will fall asidehowever if your thinking why i didnt begin cooking the peas formerly is if you cook dinner peas for four hours on a rangepinnacle it will turn out to be mush .so i brought them half of way in.to hold them company and buttery .
