Ingredients

¾ pound warm Italian sausage
¾ pound candy Italian sausage
2 tablespoons olive oil


1 giant yellow onion, diced
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried thyme

2 (24 ounce) jars organized marinara sauce
2 cups water


1 (16 ounce) bundle ziti pasta
1 drizzle olive oil
1 ½ cups whole-milk ricotta cheese


8 oz mozzarella cheese, reduce into small cubes
1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese

1 teaspoon chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley, or to taste

Step 1
